I've been exploring the outdoors by bike, foot and skis for over 30 years. You can read about my latest
adventures on my cycling and outdoor blog. I hiked my first fourteener
and the highest point in Colorado, Mt Elbert, when I was 9. My first 150 mile unsupported bike ride was when I was 15.
I began mountain bike racing in 1989.
